pypet (python parameter exploration toolkit) is a new multi-platform python toolkit for management of simulations and storage of numerical data. pypet is a flexible tool suited for short python scripts as well as large scale simulations. It provides various features like Git integration and automatic storage of simulation parameters and results in HDF5 format.
