EuroPython has made arrangements with the following hotels and hotels. You need to mention the keyword "europython" in order get the special rate. Please note that daily prices on the websites of the hotels or on hotel comparison sites may be different and  cheaper if booked early.

Apartments

Berlin offers a variety of apartments and private rooms - from low to high prices - that you can book for a days, a week or longer.  Google for "Berlin apartments" and will find a wide selection of different portals. The largest selection of rooms and apartments is likely to be found on sites like Airbnb or 9Flats. If you book early then you should be able to find a single-room apartment in the range for 35 to 40 Euro. Also consider renting a larger apartment together with your friends, co-workers, or some other cool cats from the Python community. You should make sure to check the location of your appartment and distance from the conference venue. Although Berlin has excellent public transportation it might take a long time to get you from A to B because Berlin is really big. So check your travel options within Berlin in advance - especially if you are not close to an underground station or "S-Bahn" station (check with the BVG site - the venue location is at "Alexanderplatz").

When reserving your room, be sure to specify the type and number of beds! Some rooms only have a single king size bed; not ideal for platonic room sharing.
