pyAF is a software for the analysis of force curves acquired with the Atomic Force Microscope from different experiments: elasticity, adhesive force, or ligand-receptor interaction measurements. The software takes advantage of multiprocessing and stores the data in a HDF5 file, making it a fast and powerful tool for AFM experiments analysis.
